1. Welcome to 7401 N Scottsdale Rd, Villa Unit 42, Paradise Valley (legal address is Paradise Valley, but most GPS may show the city as Scottsdale), AZ 85253, USA.

2. Directions: The address above (or 7421 N Scottsdale Rd) is the physical address of the Hotel at McCormick. When you face the hotel, make an immediate right turn, in 2 seconds, you’ll see “the Shores Villas” sign, keep straight, on your left, you’ll see “Villas 1 – 39 ß Villas 40 – 52 à”, then you’ll see parking lot 42 on your left side. There are two dedicated, covered parking lots for Villa 42, and if you have more than two cars, feel free to borrow my neighbors' spot. They are very friendly. The Villa is also on your left side, which is under two tall palm trees.

3. To open the front door, enter XXXX (We’ll text you the 4 digits on the same day when you check in) plus “lock-key”. Make sure you press the "lock-key" after you press the last digit, so totally 5 buttons. If it does not open, try to pull the door handle a little bit after you press the “lock-key” button. In the worst-case scenario please call me at 602-775-8958, or my co-host/cleaners Diane/John Donato at 480-540-8099/480-243-5774.

4. The AC/Heater control panel is on the 1st floor, right behind the wall after you come through the door, in the 1st living room.

5. The WIFI is “7401-42A”, and the password is 1 through 8 (“12345678”).

6. There are extra pillows (5+) and multiple towels (20+), linens (20+) are located in the white cabinet in the office room.

7. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Downstairs includes a half bath, one bedroom, one family room, one kitchen, one mini bar, one dining room, one living room.

8. When you all leave, please press the “lock-key” button on the keypad. Make sure it’s locked before you leave. You may need to pull the door handle a little bit to lock it.

9. Extra blankets should be in the closet or drawers.

10. There are three refrigerators, but one of them does not work: coffee, pepper, salt, and sugar are free!!!. Feel free to use all appliances (everything in the kitchen and washer/dryer) and cookware, glassware, dinnerware, flatware, shampoo, shave cream, body lotions, hairdryers, irons, hangers, etc.

11. FREE access to the McCormick Resort amenities, including 85 Degree Heated Pool, Kayaks, Canoes, fitness center, etc. For tennis courts, one out of four is available to Villa/Hotel guests. Just feel free to ask the front desk.

12. The big trash bin is located at the sign of “the Shores Villas”. Please throw away all trash bags there. Thanks.

13. In case you have a power outage in one or more rooms, the power breaker is located outside of the villa, in the backyard, with black markers. You just need to check which one has the RED color in the middle, then reset that one only.

14. During the COVID-19 Pandemic period, you’ll do self-check-in. BUT, we are here to help. If issues cannot be resolved by app/text/email/phone calls, we can come and help.

15. For the check-out time, the default is 10:00 am, if you prefer earlier or later, please tell us at least 24 hours before your check-out. Our cleaners have busy schedules, they may have 2 or more jobs per day. If we have same-day check-in, then check-out must be 10:00 am or earlier.
